Returns & Refunds Policy
DoAbility Pty Ltd offers a money-back guarantee on products that are faulty, do not meet expectations, or if you change your mind.
I've Changed My Mind
If you have changed your mind, contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your goods for a refund. Refunds are only issued after the goods have been returned to DoAbility in a salable condition. The goods must be:
- New, unused, and unopened
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and delivery charges are non-refundable. DoAbility will assess the item to determine if a refund can be offered, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once your return request has been approved, the items must be returned to our address within 30 days from the date of approval. If the items are not returned within this timeframe, the refund request may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind Exclusions
Please note, returns and exchanges are not available for the following unless Consumer Guarantees are not met:
- Custom-made products or items with specific adjustments
- Personal care products or bedding accessories classified as hygiene products: These include items such as mattresses, pillows, incontinence products, compression garments, and other items that come into direct contact with the body or bodily fluids, where safety and hygiene may be compromised once used or opened.
- Clearance products, second-hand goods, or rented equipment
